Purchasing a service
Before purchasing a service, Urban peeony services sends you a project proposal for the service which includes all the operations involved with carrying out the service, all necessary pricing and other information.

On agreement with the proposal, Urban peeony services sets a start and end date for the service to be rendered.

An invoice is issued for every payment made from a customer by Urban peeony services carrying the Urban peeony services logo.

All services can be submitted starting from the start date specified, but is only considered late after the end date specified for the service has passed.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available by Urban peeony services,
you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.

Urban peeony services has the responsibility of securing all your personal information if you eventually release them to us.

In cases of web development and/or mobile application development services, Urban peeony services will not be held responsible for renewal of any sort unless clearly stated by the customer. Revised charges for this renewal process will be made available.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.

Services charged like this include web administration, campaign management, social media content management, web content management, and public relations.

Links To Other Web Sites
Our website may contain links to thirdparty web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Urban peeony services. Urban peeony services has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that Urban peeony services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material we will try to provide at least 3 weeks notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
